SHIPPING POLICIES 

✼ USA CUSTOMERS: Tariff and import fees are already included for US customers. No extra charges at delivery.

✼  Due to living in a remote location, orders may take up to one week to be shipped. 

✼ Customers are responsible for tracking their order. If a package is returned due to non-pickup, reshipment fees will apply.

✼ Please ensure your mailing address is correct when submitting orders. 

✼ Please allow for 7-15 buisness days for arrival within Canada and United States.

✼ When shipping overseas, customs may delay parcels for up to 6 weeks.

✼ Large purchase orders may require an adjustment in shipping costs.

✼ All sales are final- no refunds or exchanges (including custom orders).
